Kable House is absolutely magnificent! Our group of friends have been meeting annually for a weekend away, for over three decades. Kable House was the perfect choice for this year’s reunion, in fact it is one of the best homes we’ve booked. The layout provides both comfort and privacy for everyone, and the house is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The manicured gardens are stunning, and there are plenty of inviting spaces for relaxing and entertaining. Its location, just moments from the beach, was ideal.

Thank you for hosting us at such an amazing place. The accommodation was well above our expectations, and all our guests felt the same.
The standard you have set is outstanding, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The three separate dwellings were perfect for our group, giving everyone privacy while still allowing us to enjoy time together.
The cleanliness was exceptional, and the beautiful garden added so much charm to the stay. The kitchen was fantastic and very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking during our stay.
The location was also perfect, with the beach only a very short walk away. We also enjoyed a few lovely walks, including part of the Pearl Beach to Patonga walk via the fire trail.
Overall, it was perfect for a group like ours. We had 8 guests, and everyone was very comfortable. Thank you again for making our weekend so enjoyable and memorable.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this diamond of a property. We used this to host an executive offsite and it was absolutely perfect: beautiful surroundings, thoughtful amenities and a short stroll to the beach.
I would certainly be inclined to bring my family and friends here for a short getaway or even for a longer-term stay. It is absolutely stunning, and I look forward to coming back.

We just had the most perfect weekend with our extended family - ages 82 to 2 - at Sue and Warwick’s immaculately presented and comfortable Kable House. There were 3 dwellings so we were able to allocate bedrooms and living spaces according to family groups and unique needs, yet still have common areas to congregate in the lounge, kitchen and garden area. The location is excellent too - easy walking distance from beach and walks. We cant wait to come back,

We had a very serene and peaceful holiday with daily walks to the beach and quality time in the nice accommodation with family members. The main house was spacious and comfortable for larger group gatherings and the smaller cottages provided quiet time and privacy for some family members. My elderly parents stayed in the 2BR cottage and were able to safely move around the property. We enjoyed cooking group meals in the large beautiful kitchen and the bathrooms were clean and spacious.

Our stay was truly memorable and exceeded all expectations. The home was incredibly spacious, which made it perfect for our family—especially our young adult kids who really appreciated having room to relax and unwind.
Every detail in the property felt thoughtfully considered, with a real sense of luxury throughout. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making guests feel comfortable and well looked after. Right from checkin ebook to instant response, everything on point.
The location was another standout—being just a short 50m walk to the beach was absolutely fantastic. We also loved the strong sense of community in the neighbourhood, with a community centre right across the road adding to the welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Love to come back again n again

Start with coffee on the deck, then follow the pull of the sea. Pearl Beach is a short stroll away; back at the house, the garden and a long lunch are waiting. With everyone together and nowhere you need to be, the afternoon can take its time.
Follow a bush trail, take in the view from Mount Ettalong or head to Ettalong for a change of scene. Then come home to your own corner of Kable House, before gathering around the table to do it all again.

No. This is a peaceful residential retreat, not an event or party venue.
*The maximum is 10 guests, subject to the occupancy conditions for your stay. Confirm your group composition, including children and infants, before booking. Six bedrooms give your group flexibility; they do not increase the maximum occupancy.
Check-in is between 2 pm and 9 pm, with departure before 10 am. Keypad self check-in makes arrival straightforward. Your booking confirmation contains the final arrival instructions.
The three separate buildings sit around the garden and deck, connected by short outdoor paths. Guests move outdoors between dwellings; the estate is not one internally connected house.
Kable House welcomes peaceful stays. No hens parties, events, loud gatherings, party decorations or signage. External visitors require approval, outdoor amplified music is not permitted, and quiet hours begin at 10 pm. The listing describes the property as designed for mature, respectful groups aged 25 and over; confirm your group with the host when booking.
Pearl Beach is a quiet residential village with limited street lighting at night. Please respect neighbours and take care on outdoor paths. Native wildlife may be seen around the area.
